HANENITE

HANENITE vibration suppression rubber has excellent performances of absorbing shocks and vibrations. Even when external force is applied,the rubber absorbs the energy with almost no repulsion.The material has excellent physical properties and durability comparable to those of normal rubber.This is the rubber that does not bound when it falls,defying the common sense of rubber.NAIGAI presents this material to materialize quiet and low-vibration products.

Features

・Excellent vibration suppression at room temperatures(5 to 35℃)

・Repulsion elasticity is less than 10%(except for CP-S)

GP-L:Features the best performance of vibration suppression among

HNAENITE products. Colored rubber materials are also avaiable.

CP-S:The lowest working temperature is as -20℃.

・Excellent workability allows making various shapes freely.

Readily formable as well as usual rubber. Strong cementing is possible with

metal.Cut-out and stamping on sheet material is also possible.

・Sponge sheet suitable for light-weight products.Independent-foam vibration suppression sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3.

・GP-50V is compliant with UL Standard 94-V0.
